The dress will be made based on the measurements you provide. To ensure accuracy, we recommend getting measured by a professional seamstress. If a seamstress is unavailable, please refer to our "How to Measure Guide" in the Size Guide section. For best results, we suggest taking measurements while wearing shoes—or the same heel height that will be worn with the dress.
Additional Considerations:
To ensure comfort and flexibility, we recommend allowing some breathing room when taking measurements. Additionally, as children may grow between the time the order is placed and the event date, please take this into account when submitting measurements.
If possible, please have a professional seamstress assess whether any bust support or shaping is needed. For example, if a child has begun to develop a bust, this may require structural adjustments to the bodice. In such cases, additional materials or modifications—such as bra cups or corset shaping—may be necessary, and there may be an additional cost for these adjustments. Please let us know if this applies.
