Important Order Policies & Guidelines
We understand that sometimes an order may need to be canceled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of confirmed payment are eligible for a full refund.
Work on your dress begins once we submit your order to the designer. At that point, the designer does not allow cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds. For full details, please review our Refund Policy.
At Marelli Exclusive, gowns are handmade and meticulously designed by the craftiest couturiers of Eastern Europe. Due to the exclusivity of the materials, order volume, or design complexity, the production can take up to 8 weeks. We will notify you of any delays as soon as we become aware of them.
Some customizations may require an additional payment. The price will be based on the material and complexity of the request. Please ask us before placing your order.
One of a kind! Custom-made usually means the patterns are made based on your size and not just modified from a standard template. The dress is created and designed uniquely for you; therefore, in some cases, the design placement may vary slightly from the original model. No two pieces will be exactly alike.
Actual colors may vary due to computer monitors displaying colors differently or the angle of photo lighting. In most cases, we can provide a photo or a video of the fabric.
Accessories and crinoline (used to give additional fullness to some dresses) worn by the models are not included, but can be provided for an additional cost.
Final Alterations & Timeline Consideration:
We strongly recommend that customers allow sufficient time between receiving the dress and their event date to accommodate any final adjustments or alterations that may be necessary. While our designers’ teams strive to ensure accuracy in production, some tailoring is occasionally required and should be expected as a normal part of the dress preparation process.
Rush Orders:
We understand that some customers may choose to place a rush order due to time constraints. By selecting a rush order, the customer assumes full responsibility for any delays that may occur during production or delivery. While we work diligently to expedite these requests, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, shipping carrier delays, or increased production workload.
For this reason, we recommend allowing as much time as possible before your event date. If you choose a rush order, please note that unexpected delays may occur. We recommend having a backup dress or veil in mind. Rush orders are accepted on the understanding that such risks exist and cannot be guaranteed.
After the order is placed, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your measurements.
