We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy:

Production Times:
Due to the exclusivity of materials, order volume, or design complexity, production (excluding delivery and fulfillment) may take up to 8 weeks. We recommend checking with us for current lead times and allowing extra time for any necessary adjustments to your gown.

Ready-to-Wear Pieces:
We maintain a small inventory of ready-to-wear luxury pieces. If your desired gown is available, we will ship it within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to most destinations. However, in some cases, it may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the destination and local courier services. Delays can occur due to customs processing or logistical issues that are outside of our control.
We strongly recommend that customers allow sufficient time between receiving the dress and their event date to accommodate any final adjustments or alterations that may be necessary. While our designers’ teams strive to ensure accuracy in production, some tailoring is occasionally required and should be expected as a normal part of the dress preparation process.

Shipping Origin:
Please note that the majority of our orders are shipped directly from our designers in Ukraine. These shipments are arranged and fulfilled by the designer’s team, not by Marelli Exclusive. Marelli Exclusive only ships directly when the item is in stock at our U.S. location. This process allows us to reduce both shipping times and costs while maintaining the exclusivity and efficiency of our service. As such, shipping couriers and timelines may vary depending on the origin of your order.

Shipping Couriers:
Marelli Exclusive reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping courier for each order based on the customer’s chosen shipping method at checkout. This flexibility allows us to optimize delivery based on various factors, including destination, package size, and shipping speed, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. While customers may select their preferred shipping method, Marelli Exclusive will determine the final courier to best meet the shipping requirements.

Customs & Import Fees:
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid separately if assessed.

Marelli Exclusive has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. If any fees are assessed upon delivery, they must be paid directly to the courier or relevant authority by the recipient.

Shipping Liability:

Marelli Exclusive cannot be held accountable for delivery delays due to logistical issues. We are also not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. Packages shipped by the designers are not insured by default.

 

Delivery Address Accuracy:
It is essential to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided during checkout. Marelli Exclusive will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses entered by the customer.

Deadlines and Changes:
Estimated delivery times are provided in business days and listed within each product's description. Shipping methods and timeframes vary based on the destination and are confirmed during the order process. Please note that deadlines are approximate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical constraints.
