Frequently Asked Questions

Are your dresses made to order?

Yes. All of our gowns are made to order based on the selected size or your custom measurements. Each dress is handcrafted by our designers specifically for you.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 4–8 weeks. Once completed, shipping to most countries usually takes an additional 7–14 days.

We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 months in advance to allow sufficient time for production, shipping, and any final alterations.

Additional details regarding shipping timelines and delivery can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer rush orders?

In some cases, rush production may be available depending on the designer’s current workload and the specific design. Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed with the designer prior to order submission.

If approved, rush production may incur an additional fee and adjusted timelines. Please contact us before placing your order if you are working with a shorter timeframe.

For full details, please review our Important Order Policies & Guidelines.

Can I order a gown with custom measurements?

Yes. Custom sizing is available and highly recommended. We strongly suggest being measured by a professional seamstress. Once your measurements are submitted, they are reviewed and confirmed before production begins.

What happens after I place my order?

After checkout, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm your order details and measurements.

Once confirmed:

  • Your order is sent to the designer
  • Production begins
  • Your gown is completed and shipped

You’ll have direct support from order to delivery.

Can changes or customizations be made to a dress?

In many cases, yes. Common customizations may include sleeve changes, added lining, neckline modifications, additional volume or layers, and matching veils or accessories. Availability and pricing depend on the designer and the specific design.

If you have a specific vision in mind, it can be helpful to include reference images or mark desired changes directly on the model image when reaching out. This allows us to better understand your request and review it with the designer.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes may be possible only before production begins. Once a gown has entered production, changes are typically not possible.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because each gown is created specifically for the client, returns or refunds are not available once production has begun. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully prior to purchase.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Will I need alterations after receiving my dress?

Possibly. Even with accurate measurements, minor alterations are common in bridalwear. We recommend having a local seamstress available and allowing time for 2–3 fitting appointments.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

No. Marelli Exclusive is a U.S.-based online bridal boutique and does not have a physical showroom. We work directly with designers—primarily in Ukraine—and ship worldwide.

Can I try the dress on before ordering?

Our gowns are made to order and are not available for in-person try-ons. Each piece is created specifically for the individual order, following the designer’s patterns and your selected size or measurements.

Do you sell matching veils or accessories?

Yes, depending on the designer. Some designers offer matching veils or accessories, or we can request a custom veil to complement your gown.

What if I’m unsure about details or measurements?

If anything requires clarification, we will reach out before production begins to confirm details with you. You’re never left guessing.

Do you have dresses in stock?

Occasionally, a designer may have a gown in stock. These are typically sample or photoshoot dresses available in limited sizes and colors.
