I was so nervous ordering a dress online but I couldn’t stop thinking about this dress! It was the best choice I have made in all of my wedding planning! The sleeves are a slightly different material which is perfect because I have full range of motion and is breathable (I was worried I wouldn’t be able to lift my arms or would get sweaty in full satin but I was so relieved the sleeves are just perfect)!
The quality is just stunning! The details are magical! This is my dream winter wedding dress! If I married my fiancé everyday for the rest of my life I would order every dress from Marelli! The dress selection, the price ranges, the quality, and most of all working with Margarita and the production team was the BEST experience I have ever had!!!

This dress is just stunning. The colors and fabric were exactly like the picture. I had it custom made and it fit perfectly - no additional alterations! The people at Marellie were so easy to work with and very professional. I received the dress exactly when they said I would. I paid for expedited shipment and from ship day to my door took only a few days. I highly recommend purchasing one of their many beautiful dresses! You will not be disappointed!

This dress is even more glamorous and beautiful in person! It looks and feels very high-quality, and it fit me perfectly. I love how the skirt flares out a little, and the train on the back is so pretty. First of all customer service was amazing. Margarita was amazing at keeping me informed. The measurements were perfect. I would highly recommend and continue to shop at their store.
We just want to say a massive thank you to Pentelei and Marelli for pushing things forward swiftly and keeping in constant communication - nothing was too much hassle and truly went above and beyond to ensure this dress fitted perfectly - allowing room for adjustment and growth over the coming weeks/months.
We initially visited a seamstress who seemed to have 'overmeasured' by approx 8cm, which was flagged by Pentelei, Marelli then raised the concern with us and organised a video call to double check and confirm sizing - Pentelei was correct, it was too big. Fortunately this was raised early on, rectified quickly and added no delays.
The timezone differences between us in the UK and Marelli in the US, was not an issue. We often had responses regardless of it being a weekend or not - which we were super thankful for considering we ordered on quite short notice.
A couple of weeks go by and we are informed that the dress is ready for shipment, having received photographs it looked tiny, but we all know pictures don't do things justice at the best of times and it was super difficult to imagine it on our daughter, because of how deceivingly small the images made it look - I raised my concern with Marelli who confirmed the sizings and got more photographs from Pentelei in the meantime we double, triple, quadruple checked our side and all seemed to marry up but the initial thought of it being too small knocked me sick, hubby to be was adament it was fine (you know, Mr Always Right). I just wanted the perfect dress for our little girl. Long story short, I worried for nothing it was perfect!!
Again, just wanted to iterate our massive thank you. Communication and customer service was amazing.
We aren't normally the type to leave reviews, but it would be rude not too for the all the support we have received. I really hope this review helps anyone who is on the fence about ordering, to just go for it.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because WOW!!!! I found Marelli Exclusive online and fell in love with the Rachel dress. I reached out for more information and spoke with Margarita, who went above and beyond to assist me. Margarita answered every question I had, explained the process of ordering the dress and what I needed (ie- measurements, etc). Only seeing the dress online, I was a bit apprehensive about ordering it since I had not tried it on or seen it in person. Before ordering, I requested photos of the fabric, which was received, and Margarita suggested trying on very similar dresses to make sure I likes that style. After trying on similar dresses, knowing this was the style I wanted. I got my measurements taken by a seamstress and ordered my dress. The dress arrived sooner than expected! I tried it on right away, and it fit absolutely perfect! No adjustments or altering needed at all. I'm so obsessed with my dress and can not wait to wear it for my big day! This dresss is exquisite. The details of the overlay and the beautiful lace trim are just so beautiful and unique. The representative who helped me online worked hard to make sure she had all the correct measurements and it paid off - the dress fit absolutely perfectly. The quality of the dress is far superior to anything I saw in my price range and it was shipped from Eastern Europe on time with a week to spare before my wedding. This dress I ordered for my daughters first communion and I got it just as pictured except I asked for no train I was scared of ordering because I had never ordered from Marelli but customer service was 10/10 and fit my daughter like a glove she loved it and so everyone else! Totally recommend
