How Sizing Works

Dresses are created according to the measurements and specifications confirmed prior to production.

Sizing Options:

Regular Sizes (0-20):

Please select the size that most closely corresponds to your measurements using the size chart as a reference. Personal measurements must be provided in the Measurements section below.

Our team will review the measurements provided and may request additional details, such as skirt length, underarm-to-hem, corset length, sleeve measurements, or other specifications, as needed prior to production.

The selected size serves as a reference for the order. Final production details will be based on the measurements and specifications confirmed prior to production.

There is no additional charge for custom measurements within the regular size range (see size chart).

Plus Sizes:

If your measurements exceed those listed for the largest size in the chart, select Custom Plus Size and provide your measurements in the Measurements section below.

We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 months in advance to allow adequate time for production and delivery, as timelines may vary by designer.

Please reach out if you have any questions before placing your order - we're happy to help!

Measurements
Your gown will be made according to the measurements you provide.  For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend being measured by a professional seamstress.

Our How to Measure guide (available in the Size Chart section)  can serve as a reference during your measuring appointment.

Measurements should be taken while wearing the undergarments and the heel height you plan to wear with your gown. Support garments, such as a bra, can affect bust position and overall fit.

If the exact undergarments are unavailable, fitted clothing is acceptable; however, measurements should be taken as close to the body as possible. Bulky or thick clothing may affect accuracy and should be avoided.

Required measurements for a custom fit:
Height (without shoes)
Bust

Back waist length (shoulder to natural waistline, measured in the back)

For dresses with sleeves (if applicable):

Additional considerations:
For comfort and ease of movement, we recommend allowing a small amount of natural ease when taking measurements.

Recent photos (optional) taken from the front, side, and back while wearing fitted clothing may be helpful for understanding overall proportions. Photos may be emailed to marelliexclusive@marelliexclusive.com after placing your order.

You may also include any additional details you would like the production team to consider.

We Confirm Everything!
After your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the details before submitting your dress for production.

If you have questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact our team.
